Liz has been a real estate agent for eighteen years.  Starting her career in 1991 with Long & Foster of Bethany Beach, Delaware.  In 1998 she moved to Re/Max By The Sea, where she currently works as a full time agent.  Liz has had many successful years in real estate where she has directed her time and energy in assisting many potential homeowners in finding the perfect property that meets their needs.  She truly enjoys her work in this business.

Prior to entering the real estate market as an agent, Liz was a paralegal for a large firm in Pennsylvania for twenty years.  Her experience in this field provided a wealth of knowledge in how to work with various personalities.

Liz has a great knowledge of her market in Bethany Beach and surrounding areas.  This knowledge is truly a benefit to all of her customers who are seeking to purchase a vacation home, retirement or investment property.

Basil has been a licensed and practicing Real Estate Associate for more than ten years.  Prior to beginning a career in real estate, he worked for thirty five years in the field of taxation and financing.  He has degrees in Accounting and Law and a Masters in Management & Finance.

This work experience and formal education augments his real estate practice and provides him the opportunity to bring an expertise to the Real Estate Industry not available in most Real Estate professionals.
